There is plenty of room in the freezer and frig. The vertical doors make it easy to access food items. I previously had a freezer drawer which was difficult to locate items buried under other items. So far I™€™m satisfied.

Everything fits from a gallon of milk juices is a place for everything crisper keep the fruits and vegetables. Perfect temp freezer so easy to organize is a place for everything and everything™€™s in its place. This is my second Frigidaire freezer it lasted . 17 years

The only complaints that I have so far are that I'm annoyed that the machine only has front wheels! I'm only 5'2.5" tall and weigh 126 pounds and it is a nightmare trying to move this beast to clean behind it. Also have a problem with the blue, rubber, edge seals on the crisper drawers contantly popping off.Other than those minor issues, the machine is wonderful. I hope it last as long as the Frigidaire that it replaced .... it lasted 43 years!!!

Bought my new Frigidaire side by side to replace a much more expensive LG that was only 4 years old. Nobody could get the LG fixed after 2 months, so I scrapped it. Ordered new Frigidaire and it was delivered and installed next day. After 2 weeks, my wife and I think this is the absolute best appliance we have ever owned. And we have owned quite a few as both are retired. Thank you Frigidaire.

Extremely disappointed. The first unit we received kept showing "Power Outage" and kept beeping. Best Buy replaced with a new one. The gap between freezer door and refrigerator door is uneven, 1/2 inch on 1/4 inch in the bottom. Frigidaire has probably no quality control. How very obvious flaw can go undetected.Panel display doesn't stay on. Not sure whether that's the way it supposed to as both units has same issue. There is practically no information in manual.I think Frigidaire appliances are nothing but junk. After going through too much hassle of taking food out putting it back I decided to return the refrigerator and decided not to buy Frigidaire products anymore. Wanted to add video and photos but being in eighties, do not know how to.

Disappointed and Dissatisfied with Frigidaire Appliance and Team

Frigidaire has poor customer service. I booked a service repair and received a confirmation invoice for March 5 between 12-5PM. I called March 5 to receive an update and was told nobody was coming because the date was set for the March 7. I was never notified of this change. I will now loose two days of unpaid work, will not have fridge, and continue to buy fast food. Frigidaire customer service could not do any form of compensation. A verbal apology from Supervisor Berna is not sufficient to cover a customer's loss. I paid $358.31 and could receive any amount of refund for a mistake that I did not make. Frigidaire customer service team has failed an I am disappointed that this model was purchased on November 2023 and is already failing. Overall disappointed and dissatisfied with Frigidaire appliance and team.

This is the loudest refrigerator ever. It constantly pops, cracks, makes hissing noises. It startles me constantly. It is so cheaply made - peeling protective plastic off drawers removed the stripes, getting plastic wrap off front and sides is impossible.

Very difficult to get the shelves and drawers in and out. The plastic rail that the shelf sits on is so thin that it cracked when we put the shelf back in. Frigidaire has fallen in quality. Additionally, not a lot of space despite being 3in wider then our previous top freezer-style fridge.

We love our new fridge as it so much space over our old side by side, and better lighting. The old fridge had two drawers versus this one has 3 drawers; one designed for deli meats, cheese, and a crisper plus, and a crisper drawer designed to give more space to keep my fruits and veggies fresher and safe!!! The gallon size space in the door I love. So much room is just wonderful, and we love the ice maker and water access on the door with the capability to lock when we don't need to use it merely with the tap of our finger. We also love the stainless steel finished fingerprint resistant!!!! Very quiet don't even know it's running!!
