We absolutely love our Bosch 800 Series dishwasher. The first thing we noticed was how incredibly quiet it is - you honestly don't even know it's running. It's unbelievably smooth and a huge upgrade compared to other dishwashers we've had.
The design is also amazing. The black matte finish looks premium, modern, and clean, and the best part is there are no fingerprints all over the front. It keeps that brand-new look every day.
The build quality feels solid, it looks beautiful in the kitchen, and Bosch really nailed the combination of performance and style. Extremely happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

This Bosch 800 dishwasher exceeds my expectations with thorough cleaning and exceptional drying, especially with plastic reusable containers. Our previous dishwasher always required hand drying all plastic containers, but Bosch's CrystalDry system magically does this for us! It is also so quiet we hardly know is it running. While the cost is higher than what we planned to spend, it is well worth it!

Extremely quiet and extremely nice cleaning power.
Only fault we have is the spacing on the racks. We use a lot of odd sized dishes that work with our old kitchenaid but our new Bosch racks are not ideal for odd sized plates and even normal bowls. Everything fall into each other when stacked.

What I like: Very quiet. Cleans well.
What I don't like: No simple way to see how much time is left in a cycle. Prior Bosch dishwasher that laster 22 years had a simple "time remaining" display I could read at a glance. This one has a digital display that is hidden when it is in use (who came up with that idea? it is useless if you can't see it). To find out the time remaining you have to find your cell phone with the previously downloaded app, open the app, wait for it to connect, then click the appliance icon to see how much time is left. What used to take 2 seconds now takes 30-45 seconds. I expect better from this company.

Works well, but it's finicky. The older Bosch unit I inherited was much easier to use and never gave us issues. The new unit is much quieter and more efficient though.

We bought our Bosch Dishwasher based on the reputation of Bosch. We wanted one that was quiet, attractive and performed well. We have not been disappointed. It is so quiet that we had to put our ear to the door to be sure it was really running. The light was on that indicated it was running but we couldnt hear it. We undertand now just how quiet this machine really is. So far, we are extremely pleased. We went the the black stainless steel and no handle so it looks really sleek.Suzieque

After we discovered that the top sprayer no longer spun in our 24 YO Sears Kenmore dishwasher and that the replacement parts were either extremely expensive or unavailable, we purchased a new Bosch 800 Series diswasher.
We love the upper silverware tray which is more versatile and convenient than a silverware basket and less messy. It also frees up more space on the lower rack for larger pots and pans, larger bowls, and casserole dishes. The layout of the tines on both lower and middle racks, fit our glasses, plates, and cereal bowls perfectly, and the ability to lower tines that aren't needed to fit larger items is a plus. The PrecisionWash capability to choose four zones for the lower rack means that pots and casserole dishes can get extra attention. The CrystalDry with zeolite technology means that everything comes out dry, including plastic storage containers. The soap dispenser works much better than our old one which would occasionally and unintentionally be blocked from opening.
Also, we no longer rinse our dishes because the Bosch leaves everything sparkling clean, even if we only run the dishwasher every 3-4 days (just two of us). The The filter is easy to remove and clean, especially because we bought an extra filter, which we swap out every month, washing the "dirty" one in the dishwasher. The Bosch is super quiet and we regularly run it in the evening while we are in the adjacent open family room. The app makes running the dishwasher super easy, with the ability to add schedule starting times with Delay Wash, and choose the zones for PowerWash.

The dishwasher is quiet, which is very nice. It seems to do a good job at cleaning dishes and utensils. But we received and installed the dishwasher and when my wife went to add the rinse liquid it did not stay in the container but drained down the side of the door. So we called and were referred to Bageard Appliance which handles warranty issues. They came to the house on April 16th and affirmed that the liquid drained. Jake, service person, was efficent and professional. No complaints there. Jake said "Need to order the part" and then return to install. So...it's been 3 weeks...not happy. But, you know, that isn't that big of a deal (as long as it is fixed). What I have a problem with is that a dishwasher, which was faulty, was sold to us. Are you kidding? Your product is reviewed as one of the best. Pretty sloppy inspection.

Basically a nice dishwasher, except that the layout of the interior racks leaves something to be desired. Large casserole dishes don't fit well, even a 9 x 13 dish doesn't fit. Some racks fold down in areas where they shouldn't, and others dont fold down where needed, like for larger items. I had to order additional accessories to try and make things work. Not a great layout.

When you have four of your six appliances go down within two week of each other. What do you do? If they were all Bosch. You look for a Bosch series 600 refrigerator/freezer, a Bosch series 800 dishwasher, a Bosch series 500 ventless dryer, and lastly a series 500 Bosch washing machine. Each can be controlled by my telephone, so quiet you don't know they are on. And the results are SPECTACULAR. If you don't have Bosch, you have second best.

Does a great job on the dishes, very quiet but having the controls on the top of the dishwasher door. It is easy to hit the controls when opening and closing the door. That it not a huge problem most of the time but somehow sometimes the length of the cycle gets changed and it is not obvious how you get it back to the setting that you want. I had to call the help line (at least) twice for them to walk me through it (because, of course, it doesn't happen that often so I forgot what to do by the next time it happened). Nothing mentioned about this in the instructions. The last Bosch that I had the controls were on the outside of the door and this was never a problem. I suppose that the new model is sleeker but the trade off is not worth it to me.

I love my Bosh 800 series dishwasher. There are so many options for lowering, raising the dish racks. Love the ability to direct more pressure to certain areas of the dishwasher for more power washing. I love that when raising and lowering the middle rack it is not a one for all. I can adjust a different level for the right side or just left side. We have been impressed with how clean pur dishes are. Even baked on food in a crockpot. It is so quiet!! You can configure the racks to suit whatever you are washing. There is nothing to dislike about the 800 series dishwashers. It does not disappoint!!!

I'm very unhappy. I purchased a 800 series that had a bad weld and internal leak. I have not had a working dishwasher since November. I had a Bosch approved repair person come in and report this was a defective factory weld. It's taken weeks for Bosch to get back to me to approve a replacement dishwasher and now they report my replacement dishwasher will not be available until April if it is then. I've asked if I could get a different model and they are not answering my email. I researched this product and thought I was getting the best dishwasher available but am extremely disappointed.

I love this dishwasher. It was wayyyy easier to install than I anticipated. The app wasn't so difficult either, though I anticipated issues due to other reviews. It does take some getting used to in order to load it. It's different but effective. Watch a few videos and you'll get used to it in no time. It cleans and dries like no other. I one con is the lack of space between the bottom rack and the middle rack. There is ONE dish I can't seem to get to work in it. Overall I highly recommend. Actually, I had a friend buy a Bosch dishwasher and she's in love too.

I've been without a dishwasher for about 11 years and previously owned a Bosch in another home so we started looking at them again. I haven't had it a week yet and have used it every day. Since last owning one, there are so many upgrades and I'm enjoying every one of them. I've tested it in many ways and it has not let me down once. I'm so thankful we got this dishwasher. The best plus to it all is giving my hands a break from handwashing after all these years. Thank you for making such a high quality machine that I will be able to use for many years to come.

This dishwasher is perfection. No issues. The top silverware drawer is the perfect addition to a great dishwasher. It's so quiet you have to set it up on your phone to let you know it's done. Price is higher than I wanted to pay, but quality is there and everything is expensive now.

My Bosch 800 Dishwasher is so quiet that i have to look at the indicator light to know that it is running. The dishes come out very clean, much better than the GE Profile i replaced. I love the third rack and the versitility of the middle and lower racks. I have used the adjustable middle rack to fit taller items. I find myself using the dishwasher for cleaning items that i have always washed by hand because they wouldn't come clean in my old dishwasher. The crystal dry cycle does a wonderful job of drying.
It is a great dishwasher, and has turned out to be well worth the price.

Wonderful in every way except for the refill for rinse aid container. It is definitely difficult to determine how full it is at any given time and you have to cover the air hole while replenishing the fluid. This needs a better design. However the machine does what it is designed to do even with hard water

We bought this dishwasher because it has a very high rating in Consumer Reports. We love it! It's super quiet and our dishes really sparkle when it's done. The racks can be adjusted many ways. We just use the manual Auto setting because it's simple, but there are many special settings and an app if one wants to use those.

I was hesitant to spend the money for the Bosch 800 but I am glad I did! I love everything about it - it's extremely quiet, cleans and dries amazing, its very roomy, and I even love the app! The app gives you loading and maintenance tips, lets you know when it is done, etc. I am so sick of all the cheaply made products available now, this dishwasher is a breath of fresh air!

Recently had a GE dishwasher that I had to have repaired four times in less than five years caused flooding in my kitchen twice that end result in new floor, and then the second time an entirely new remodel, cause it destroyed everything upgraded to the Bosch and the quality of the dish cleaning is superior. The noise level is nonexistent all around just a major improvement. It's like going from a Chevette to a Corvette.

Purchased and installed by Home Depot. The installation was incorrect. The production description was vague and incorrect. The silverware basket included was to small and a larger replacement purchase was needed. The app was difficult to install and use.
Overall, the dishwasher does a good job. Quite and performs well.
